For the first collection, the brand will bring to life memories from the designer's travels into wearable art in the form of sustainable silk scarves.
My main role was to introduce AWOL´s Founder into the silk world taking her into a journey on understanding silk production, its origin, its supply chain, different kinds of silks, to creating a list of the top high quality & sustainable suppliers, which have been selected amongst approximately 60 sustainable silk suppliers from the world.
The main objective of this project was to guide AWOL´s Founder, along the whole process of the product, and select the supplier to bring to life the beautiful designs of the designer in a sustainable and human way.
